The place is beautifully up-to-date and super comfortable. The Central AC was cold and very welcome coming in from hot humid days at the beach. Everything was so spacious and comfortable. The huge balcony was awesome for sunsets and lounging and just staring at the beautiful waters. We didn\'t expect house keeping since most AIRBNB\'s don\'t have house keeping, but this place had it and it was awesome. Everyday we\'d come in back in to a tidied up place with fresh towels and toiletries. We loved this place very much. The pool was awesome, it was almost our own pool since we hardly ever saw other guests in the pool. We even grilled out one day by the pool and it was perfect. The beach is sadly very eroded, you\'re still able to swim in crystal clear waters, but the ocean is very rocky here now that the sand has been swept away.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
No smoking is allowed on the Premises
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.
The property is not responsible for items left behind.
