Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a first aid kit, and a deadbolt lock.

Restrictions

Please note that the home is equipped with a Ring video doorbell at the front entry door as well as two security cameras in the garage. There are no other cameras on the property and the security cameras in the garage are present to protect the contents of the garage in the event the garage doors are inadvertently left open and the garage unattended. For the sake of guests' privacy, the audio on the safety cameras have been disabled.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
