Neighborhood: **Long Bay Hills** - An eight-mile drive from the island’s International Airport. - It sits directly on **Long Bay Beach**, a prime location known for kiteboarding and its shallow, turquoise waters. - It is roughly 2.3 miles (3.8 km) from the famous Grace Bay Beach and a 15-minute walk along the beach to **The Shore Club**.

The house is situated on long bay beach which is in my opinion the best part of the island. The house is comfortable and I love the floor plan. It had incredible views of the sunrise and there was a pool that we could heat as well. The staff was exceptionally responsive and polite.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.
All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.
The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $45.00/day (forty-five US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read and any amount over this allowance will be charged against the security deposit of the lessee at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
