Things you need to know
Electric Vehicle Friendly. This home provides a Level 2 EV charger (50A) for guests.
Many homes in the Club are currently under construction and construction vehicle noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 7 pm, Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8 am to 5 pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7 am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags that are good for one or two nights. But if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
Stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
We do not provide hair dryers.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- The garage is not available for guest use.
- Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
