Four en-suite king bedrooms (plus a bunk room) mean every room in the house has its own bath — a genuine differentiator at this size and price point.
South-facing mountain views across The Meadows neighborhood are the defining feature of the home — afternoon light is particularly strong, and the covered outdoor patio with wood-burning fireplace faces directly into them.
Private hot tub and gas grill on the covered patio round out the outdoor setup; the community pool at The Meadows is a short walk away.
Blue Ridge Mountain Club access is included, covering 40+ miles of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, 60+ miles of private fishing streams, the Ascent Wellness & Fitness Center, pickleball and bocce courts, and the Lookout Grill — a full club itinerary without leaving the property gates.
A BRMC amenity fee is charged per booking on top of the rental rate — confirm the current amount before finalizing your budget.
4WD or AWD is required November through March, and chains may be necessary in snow. This is a hard requirement with no refunds issued for guests who arrive unprepared.
Construction noise is an active disclosure across the BRMC community on weekdays and Saturdays — plan accordingly if early-morning quiet matters to your group. Sundays and major holidays are construction-free.

Parking information

- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles - The garage is not available for guest use. - The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes.

Getting to the property

The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

The property was really nice and has all the amenities. The back porch is fantastic with a jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace, seating area, and table to eat at. Parking is an issue as the owner has an off road vehicle in the garage, so the driveway has only room for one car. There is also a small parking spot in front of the house, basically made for a 4x4. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is beautiful. The community pool is close by and hiking trails are across the street. I would definitely stay here again!!

Things you need to know

This home provides a Level 2 EV charger (50A) for guests.

All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.

Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street.

This property has one exterior doorbell-style security camera monitoring the entryway only.

The property is set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a STARTER SET of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.

We provide one towel and washcloth per person that each respective house accommodates, plus a few extra towels if there is a hot tub. The beds are made up with clean linens (except bunks, sleepers, and futons, but linens are provided on site). If you routinely use two towels after bathing, you may need to bring some of your own.

This home comes equipped with a basic set of cookware, sufficient plates & silverware for the occupancy of the home, and basic serving and baking dishes. Most homes do not have unusual items such as crockpots or blenders, so if you’re planning a dish that requires an unusual item, it is best to bring that from your home.

This home is not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items, including plastic wrap or foil.

All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day. The gate hours are as follows:

- Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm

- Saturday: 8am - 4pm

- Sunday: 8am - 2pm

BRMC is an up-and-coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Guests & Occupancy

  • Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
  • Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
  • Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
  • Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.

Events & Noise

  • Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
  • Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
  • Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
  • Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
  • EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.

  • Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
  • Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
  • Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.

Checkout & Care

  • Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
  • Checkout: By 10:00 AM.
  • Key return: $25 fee for lost keys.
  • Cleaning expectations: Leave the property in reasonable condition. Bag and dispose of trash, start dishwasher, and place used towels as instructed.
  • Furniture & home care: Maintain cleanliness and avoid unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Supplies: Starter supplies only; additional items must be purchased by guests.
