Things you need to know
The main living area features an open floor plan with high ceilings, designed for socializing and entertaining. It includes a spacious, "sunken" lounge area with mid-century modern furnishings and a wall-mounted Smart TV for movie nights.
A fully equipped "chef’s kitchen" featuring high-end stainless steel appliances, granite or stone countertops, and a large central island. Designed for large groups, it typically includes multiple refrigerators and ample pantry space.
Pool heating is optional and available for an additional nightly rate. The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature drops due to lower outside air temperatures. When heated, the temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. As the pools are outside we have them set for the 87 but as the temps drop so do the pools. We do heat them but the colder outside the harder it is to hold higher temps, It is still heated but not in the 80’s during the colder seasons. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. If you decide to take advantage of the optional pool/sit is required for the entire duration of your stay, it can not be turned on and off daily. To ensure the pool is heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3 day advance notice.
Additional kid and baby supplies are available at extra cost.

- Age requirements: Primary renter must comply with local legal booking age requirements
- Maximum occupancy: 14 standard guests, 16 maximum
- Unauthorized guests: $30/night per guest over 14
- Guest accountability: Primary guest responsible for all occupants, damages, and compliance with rules
- Approved use: Residential use only; no commercial use permitted
- Verification: Valid government-issued ID and matching credit card required at check-in; background screening required by law
Events & Noise
- Events: Weddings, fundraisers, business meetings, or commercial gatherings prohibited
- Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM strictly enforced
- Monitoring: Outdoor noise sensors in use to ensure compliance
