This house is great if you have a large family or a couple families traveling together. The open kitchen living room space is such a great room to relax and hang out with a group by the fire. There is a hot tub on the roof that isn't visible from the street so nobody can see you. This is the 3rd time we have rented this house and our family loves it very much. We have come for the summer, fall, and winter. Each room is very comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is large and easy to cook all of your own meals. The biggest plus is how easy it is to catch a bus or walk the beautiful 10 minute to town.

Checkout & Care
- In Aspen, short-term rentals receive housekeeping every other day (trash and towel service for Economy and Standard homes and full housekeeping for Deluxe and Luxury homes), stays of 7 nights or more include one mid-stay linen change, and stays of 30 nights or more receive a full cleaning and linen change once per week.
- Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Staying past check-out may result in a fee up to the full nightly rate.
