Neighborhood: Northeast Mesa (or East Mesa) - The neighborhood is conveniently located for guests who like to golf, hike, bike, kayak, sightsee, shop or dine out. Usery Mountain Regional Park, the Salt River, Chicago Cubs spring training facility at Sloan Park and Mesa Market Place Swap Meet are a short commute from the community. Hop on the modern highway to visit Old Town Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert, Phoenix or the mountains near the Mogollon Rim.

The home was absolutely beautiful. Love the 4 bedrooms with 3 baths. The master was amazing. The beds were so comfortable. The large kitchen made it easy for everyone to move around while cooking dinner. The den was awesome with that huge tv. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. But I must say the backyard stole the show. That huge cactus framed by 2 beautiful palms and the fruit trees was just so relaxing to look at and of course the dove and quail didn’t hurt either. And the swimming pool was incredible we couldn’t get everyone out of the pool unless we put food on the table. It was an amazing property with everything you could ever want in a vacation home.

Things you need to know
The pool's optional heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. There is a 4-night minimum.
Three bikes are available for guests' pedaling pleasure.
High chairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Property is for short-term lodging by registered guests only.
- All overnight guests must be listed on the Rental Agreement.
- Standard occupancy includes adults, children, and infants; exceeding it requires written approval.
- Guest count must be appropriate for available beds and sleeping arrangements.
- Maximum of 4 daytime visitors unless prior approval is granted.
- Family-friendly stays only; exceptions require approval before booking.
- Guests must follow all house rules, occupancy limits, and applicable HOA/community regulations.
- Violations may result in eviction, termination without refund, forfeiture of payments/deposits, and recovery of resulting costs or damages.
Events & Noise
- Events: Parties, gatherings, and events of any size are prohibited.
- Noise: Respect neighbors and avoid excessive or disruptive noise. NoiseAware monitors noise levels but does not record sounds or conversations.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are prohibited inside and outside the property.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited where designated.
- Illegal Activity: Illegal activity is prohibited.
- Misconduct: Conduct that damages the property or disturbs others is prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- TV: TVs are streaming-only; no satellite or cable service.
- Security Camera: An exterior camera faces the street and driveway.
- Safety Equipment: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
- Electricity: Monthly-rate stays incur a daily electricity fee for dates from May through September.
Checkout & Care
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear; repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file.
- A refundable security deposit may be required.

- Use of pools, hot tubs, kitchens, outdoor areas, equipment, and surrounding amenities _(if equipped)_ is at the guest’s own risk.
