Things you need to know
Pool/Spa Heat is optional and requires a $100/night ($500/week) Pool Heat Fee. $50 for just the spa. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.
Cameras are installed at the front door to monitor real occupancy and for emergency purposes only. No other security cameras or recording devices are present on the property.
The rental includes essential amenities such as shampoo and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.
Towels, bed linens, extra pillows & blankets are provided.
Pack-n-play and highchair are available upon request.
