We provide a professional linen service at this property to better enhance your enjoyment while staying here. This luxury amenity provides you high-quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. Our high-quality linens are laundered in a commercial setting that uses only hypoallergenic, perfume and dye-free soaps assuring all of our guests a comfortable stay.
The home is stocked with premium bath towels, pool towels, and hair dryer. Per guest: One bath towel, one hand towel, one washcloth, one pool/beach towel
We do not provide any kitchen consumables. You will be responsible for any spices, salt/pepper, etc.
Included to get you started are the following:
Per full bathroom: Two rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, shower products set (including trial size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion), cosmetic cloth, bath math.
Per kitchen: Two rolls of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods (x4), laundry detergent pods (x4), all-purpose disinfectant, microfiber cloth, two kitchen towels.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Driver’s must provide valid US Driver’s License and US Vehicle Insurance.
- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
- The furnishings and decor provided have been properly placed to create a comfortable island vacation for you and your family. All items are accounted for and documented prior to your arrival and should be returned to their original location if moved during your stay to avoid any additional service charges of up to $250. Wear and tear as well as correctional spot clean is to be expected in a rental home.
- No exceptions will be made to the stated property capacity.
- All properties are considered non-smoking. This includes but not limited to all tobacco products, hookahs, vapes, cannabis, etc. Guests may smoke outside of the residences with the doors closed to reduce the risk of smoke within the residence. Balconies (both screened and unscreened) and garages are considered non-smoking areas.
- Properties with heated pools and spas are heated to approximately 82 degrees. When the ambient temperature falls below 65 degrees for more than 5 hours, the pool heater may not function and even switch off. On days when the weather is cool, the pool heaters may not be able to accommodate swimming. Temperature recovery times will vary due to the outdoor temperature.
- Pool heaters operate only when the pool pump is running. Residential pool pumps do not run overnight, but typically run 6-8 hours per day during the hours of 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Management is not responsible for the temperature of the pool due to weather and cannot provide compensation for any such events. Pool service is valued at $25 per day - refunds are prorated if the pool equipment malfunctions or is inoperable.
