Some guests have mentioned airplane noise, but most people don't find it to be an issue. - 7 Min Drive to Downtown - 14 Min Drive to Indian Canyons - 45 Min Drive to Joshua Tree

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private backyard, pool, and spa.
There is an optional fee to heat the pool. The request to heat the pool should be done at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Please note this service is an additional $99.00 added to your stay each night you use the pool heating service; a minimum of 2 nights is required. Pool heating must be consecutive days, not broken up.
No cancellations during holiday and special event weekends.

Overall Cleaning and Disinfecting
Disinfected and sanitized high-touch surfaces at our property. This includes wiping down any and all items that guests, owners and service providers come into contact with, including keys, doorknobs, tabletops, appliances, electronics, and light switches. As well as sanitized soft surfaces and upholstery.
Re-washed Dinnerware
Housekeepers re-wash all dinnerware, including dinner plates, glasses, coffee cups and silverware, between arrivals.
We have very high standards for our property and expect it to be spotlessly clean and ready for your arrival. If you find anything to be not up to scratch or if there are any items missing, please inform us as soon as possible.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Long-term stays are allowed.
- Please note that outdoor music is prohibited per Palm Springs ordinance. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People's noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable.
- Security hold is $750 and will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned on checkout day post inspection for damages.
- The person renting our house MUST be 25 years old per the City of Palm Springs.
- Any requests made less than 24 hours may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund.
- Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.
- Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries.
- The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners.
- The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.
- The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result.
- The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the Owner.
- The Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay.
- The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner in writing.
- The Guest waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest's stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping his valuables safe at all times.
