An expansive living room with plenty of seating overlooks a huge wall-mounted flat-screen TV while triple sliders open the living room up to the screened private pool and spa combination, heated of course. The enormous gourmet kitchen offers both a bar counter and another dining area, with everything imaginable including a microwave, wine cooler, Keurig coffee maker, KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, convection oven, air fryer, panini maker, and a Tommy Bahama dining set for more formal dinners. An extremely well-equipped kitchen awaits you. Just off the kitchen, step outside to the covered lanai by the private pool and enjoy an elevated bar table for outside snacking and poolside drinks. Walk outside the screened opening into the west courtyard to the “Tres Amigos Bar” at Casamigos House, a 10-seat authentic tiki bar with full-size beer coolers, a 60” TV, Super Fan, and everything necessary to enjoy your private bar. It’s located in a private walled courtyard filled with red bougainvillea, potted flowers, lush Areca palms, and loads of hibiscus flowers. The courtyard can be accessed from the pool area for grilling or from the garage and a private gate/walkway. You’ll find the courtyard is very private and great for sunbathing with Polywood loungers and plenty of rockers. The entire courtyard is surrounded by trees but offers plenty of sun in both the morning and afternoon. The bar offers shade, music/tv, and shelter from an occasional shower. Siesta Key is an 8-mile-long island with villages on both ends and the main beach in the middle. A short drive down Siesta Drive and Midnight Pass Road brings you to the beautiful main beach on Siesta Key. Plenty of parking allows you to bring your beach equipment and enjoy the white, soft sand that Siesta Key Beach is famous for. Additionally, you're within walking distance of twenty or more great restaurants, two blocks from Publix grocery store, and easy access to downtown Sarasota, Lido Key and so many of the attractions our area has to offer.
