We absolutely loved this residence and would highly recommend to anyone. The graceful layout of this unit and captured the unobstructed view of the Waikoloa coast line and pacific ocean is a memory that will not be forgotten. SO Peaceful and tranquil we felt by being here. It was a perfect place to unwind adjacent to a world class resort. Owner's vintage Hawaiian touches, artwork, high quality bedding, and kitchen amenities provided suited all of our needs and more. We hope to enjoy this unit in the near future and look forward to leisurely strolling through the gorgeous landscaped pathway downhill to Kaunaoa beach. Mahalo.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 46 days before check-in.
50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 45 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Access to Mauna Kea Beach & Hapuna Beach, oceanfront pools, golf courses, fitness centers, and more (with daily resort fee).
Guests wishing to receive charging privileges at the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna Beach Hotels (this includes access to both fitness centers, discounted golf and tennis, and reserved chairs and towels at both swimming pools and beaches) may pay an additional $150 per day (through Dec 31, 2022) and an additional $165 per day (Jan 1, 2023 and forward), per family through Mauna Kea Services.
Bed linens and towels provided.
Restrictions
- There will be a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $300 plus tax applies to all stays of 14 days or longer.
- There is no guarantee of approval for changes to your reservation once confirmed.
- Occupancy is restricted to a maximum number of Guests per property, which is not to exceed two guests per bedroom unless otherwise specified.
- Guest shall not use the Property for any illegal or unlawful purpose, nor shall the Property be used in a fashion that disturbs or offends the neighbors.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- In the event of a problem getting in the unit or if there are problems with condition or functionality of the unit, please immediately contact the Property Manager.
- The guest hereby agrees and acknowledges that smoking of any substances, including but not limited to: cigarettes, marijuana and vape devices, is strictly prohibited within the rental unit, on any adjoining balconies or lanais, as well as anywhere else on the property premises during their stay.
- Guest acknowledges that the accommodation is a privately owned home or condominium as opposed to a hotel. As such, hotel-like amenities such as daily cleaning and bell service are not provided. Additional services can be requested with advanced notice at an additional cost.
- This reservation is for quiet residential vacation use only. Therefore, parties, receptions, luaus, events and gatherings of any size or kind are strictly prohibited.
