We traveled to Hawaii for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and stayed here for 4 days. This is a great old house that has been nicely upgraded and has a lot of character. One of the bathrooms and one bedroom are only accessible from outside, which confused us at first but they were all clean. The house sits right on the bay and allows you to really open it up to let the breezes blow through. That made it comfortable through most of the day. The kitchen was well-appointed and clean. There is a great kayak rental place around the corner (Ehu and Kai's) which allows you to put in right from the bay rather than having to rent a kayak further up the hill and driving it down. They were very nice. There's also a small park nearby and a well-stocked fruit stand. The gardner gave us a great tip on a secluded sandy beach a short drive away (look up Ke'ei Beach) that was completely empty and had tons of coconut palms and tide pools to explore...

- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.)
- Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.
- You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowner associations.
- No animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
