Location makes this cottage a perfect vacation spot. With all the amenities and 15 steps to the beach access and half a block walk to all the food, wine and stores you need. Everyone has whatever they look for when vacationing. Will return again!

45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.

Things you need to know
Kitchen is stocked and furnished with all the necessary appliances, cookware, utensils, and tools needed for preparing and cooking meals.
Access to three swimming pools, five clay tennis courts (court fees apply), three pickleball courts (court fees apply), and a fitness center.
Welcome tote with two beach towels, a complimentary bottle of wine, and two complimentary rental bikes included.
Linens, towels, and starter amenities are provided.
You'll find an iron and board available at the property.
Restrictions
- During the summer season, a minimum stay of seven nights from Saturday to Saturday is required. In the spring and during spring break, a minimum stay of five nights is required. For the fall season, holidays, and winter, there is a minimum stay requirement of three nights and two nights, respectively.
- Rental is not available to vacationing students or groups of young adults under the age 25. The parent must be continuously present and always staying in with the young adults.
- Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
- You may request additional frequency of housekeeping services for an additional fee.
- Smoking is permitted in designated areas, including the street and nearby parks.
