We had a wonderful visit to the island of Eleuthera. It was every bit as perfect as described in the description. Tennielle was very easy to get on the phone whenever we had a question or a problem she was there to resolve it. This home is well appointed, was very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic. A two minute walk down to the beach and we were generally the only ones there. Beautiful snorkeling is literally steps away. There are two local restaurants that are close and fantastic. Tippy’s and Buccaneers. We took one trip to the north island to visit Harbor Island. That was nice but for us we were content to stay at the home, sit on the beach, enjoy the view and the water, and read several books during the week. We would highly recommend this home and hope to be back again soon.

Things you need to know
Note that Tourmaline is set on a dune above the beach. There are stairs and a path down to the beach.
The property is fully furnished and includes a complete supply of bed linens and towels.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Bath towels are not to be taken to the beach or pool.
- Patio furniture is not to be taken to the beach.
- The Renter has access to all the rooms in the house with the exception of the locked closets and pantries.
- The total number of persons allowed in the houses at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for in the reservation. The presence of additional guests will subject the Renter to immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
- Parties and events are not permitted without the written permission of the Homeowner.
- It is the Renter’s responsibility to report any problems or damage immediately to the local property manager.
- The renter and members of his/her group are prohibited from using or bringing onto the property any illegal substances, flammable fluids, explosives, or items deemed hazardous to life, limb, or property.
- The homeowner is in no way responsible for any personal injury or bodily harm that may occur on the property to any Renter or their guests, nor for any damage or loss of Renter’s personal belongings.
- U.S. and Canadian cell phones work on the island. The reception is quite good. Your cell phone carrier will probably charge you expensive international roaming charges, so check with your carrier.
