KEY Curation Notes

4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, sleeps 13, across three levels in the Great Camp area of Eagles Nest. The main level king suite has a double-headed shower and double marble vanity. Upstairs are a king and queen suite, each with private bath, desk, and ceiling fan. The lower level adds a bunk room sleeping up to 7 (three sets of bunks), a full bath, and a family room with foosball and wet bar — a self-contained floor for kids or overflow.
The kitchen is genuinely professional-grade. Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf appliances, and a granite island with counter seating for three. The dining table seats nine — rare for a property at this size, where dining for the full group often requires improvising.
Private hot tub on the lower patio, outdoor wood-burning fireplace on the deck above. Two distinct outdoor setups across two levels, with a fire pit and a small creek on the grounds as well. The property sits on over an acre of trees, giving it a more private feel than many Eagles Nest homes.
Positioned in the Great Camp area. This places the lodge within easy reach of the Epic Chophouse, amphitheater, ropes course, and the community's main amenity hub — one of the more convenient locations within Eagles Nest for groups who want to use what the community offers.
Eagles Nest amenities are included, with caveats. Access covers the Epic Chophouse, amphitheater concerts, hiking trails, ropes course, sports courts, mini-golf, and the 24/7 general store. The fitness center, Wine & Cigar Bar, and locked portion of Sportsman's Lodge are members-only. Winery day passes are $25 per person.
Construction on neighboring lots is possible. New homes are being built on adjacent lots; work is permitted Monday–Saturday 7am–7pm.
4WD required November–March; chains may be necessary. Cell reception can be spotty inside the community. Linens and towels provided. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before check-in.

- The garage is not available for guest use. - Private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.

Getting to the property

The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in the winter months.

This is our 2nd time to the area and love the amenities the community has to offer. This cabin is a good bit up the mountain, but directions were perfect and the place was even better than the pictures. We wouldn't change a thing about the cabin. The property management company had incredibly good communication and our entire trip couldn't have been better. For those who haven't been to Eagles Nest previously, take advantage of all the great amenities onsite.. Great Camp Pavillion, Play Barn, North Pavillion, putt putt, trails, etc. We truly enjoyed our time at Timber Forge and Eagles Nest

Things you need to know

The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.

Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays, you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.).

The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

All linens and towels are provided for your stay.

Security Cameras are in place outside of the home, Camera 1 in the back pointing at the back yard, Camera 2 is on the side pointing toward the garage door, Camera 3 on the other side facing the side of the house, and Camera 4 is on the front of the house facing the driveway and front yard. These do not point into the home or at the hot tub.

All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.

Please note that the Great Camp area has homes under active construction. Construction may be ongoing Mon-Sat, 7am-7pm.

The property is set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a STARTER SET of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.

We provide one towel and washcloth per person that each respective house accommodates, plus a few extra towels if there is a hot tub. The beds are made up with clean linens (except bunks, sleepers, and futons, but linens are provided on site). If you routinely use two towels after bathing, you may need to bring some of your own.

This home comes equipped with a basic set of cookware, sufficient plates & silverware for the occupancy of the home, and basic serving and baking dishes. Most homes do not have unusual items such as crockpots or blenders, so if you’re planning a dish that requires an unusual item, it is best to bring that from your home.

This home is not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items, including plastic wrap or foil.

- HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)

- Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
  • Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
  • Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
  • Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.

Events & Noise

  • Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
  • Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
  • Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
  • Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
  • EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Seasonal requirements: (if applicable) 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains strongly recommended November–April; no refunds for lack of preparation.
  • Hot tubs _(if equipped)_: Use at your own risk; not suitable for individuals with infections or open wounds. Must follow all sanitation and usage rules (no additives, glass, or tampering). $500 fee for cover damage; additional fees for misuse or extra cleaning.
  • HVAC & utilities: Some homes may not have air conditioning; no refunds due to weather or lack of AC.
  • Internet/TV/phone: No refunds for outages or service issues. Pay-per-view is prohibited; charges will be billed if used. Long-distance calls must not be billed to the home.
  • Appliances & equipment: No refunds for malfunctions (TV, hot tub, appliances, etc.).
  • Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
  • Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
  • Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.

Checkout & Care

  • Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
  • Checkout: By 10:00 AM.
  • Key return: $25 fee for lost keys.
  • Cleaning expectations: Leave the property in reasonable condition. Bag and dispose of trash, start dishwasher, and place used towels as instructed.
  • Furniture & home care: Maintain cleanliness and avoid unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Supplies: Starter supplies only; additional items must be purchased by guests.

  • Accidental damage may be covered under a waiver (not insurance); exclusions apply (intentional acts, negligence, misuse, etc.). Additional charges may apply.
