The main level of the house showcases a meticulously designed kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. A magnificent granite island with seating for three serves as a centerpiece, seamlessly connecting the kitchen to the dining and living area. The spacious dining table comfortably accommodates up to nine guests, while the living room features a cozy sofa placed near a gas fireplace and a large-screen smart TV offering live programming via YouTube TV. A half bath nearby ensures convenience for visitors, and access to the deck reveals stunning views and an inviting outdoor wood-burning fireplace. The main level also houses a regal king suite, adorned with custom windows that allow the beauty of nature to flood the room. This suite comes complete with a private TV and an en-suite full bath boasting a luxurious double-headed shower and a double marble vanity. Ascending to the upper level, you will discover two exquisite suites, one furnished with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. Each suite is thoughtfully designed with a private TV, ceiling fan, and a desk, while their respective bathrooms feature elegantly tiled showers and granite vanities. Additionally, the upper level offers a charming sitting area in the loft, ideal for relaxation and unwinding. This is our 2nd time to the area and love the amenities the community has to offer. This cabin is a good bit up the mountain, but directions were perfect and the place was even better than the pictures. We wouldn't change a thing about the cabin. The property management company had incredibly good communication and our entire trip couldn't have been better. For those who haven't been to Eagles Nest previously, take advantage of all the great amenities onsite.. Great Camp Pavillion, Play Barn, North Pavillion, putt putt, trails, etc. We truly enjoyed our time at Timber Forge and Eagles Nest

Things you need to know
All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday.
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
