- This home can comfortably fit one car due to the golf cart taking up the other spot. There is also street parking.

Well appointed, good location. Subdivision provides swimming pool, walking/biking trails, basketball, and 2 pickle-ball courts. We felt at home. Very close to Publix and beach is a 10 min bike-ride away. Golf cart was included in rental which was a nice amenity (but not really needed if you have a car).

All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
Renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if different). Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
