Fresh linens, bath towels, and pool & dish towels are provided.

Equipped with kitchen essentials including dish soap, dishwasher tabs, all-purpose spray, garbage bags, new kitchen sponge, and hygiene essentials like shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body lotion, body wash, toilet paper, tissues, and laundry liquid.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the condo, or anywhere on the premises including decks, balconies, or communal outdoor areas. This includes cigarettes, marijuana & cigars. Fines start at $500 & can be as high as $1000 for larger properties.
  • Some properties have an ELECTRONIC Parking Pass and will allow you street parking anywhere in the specific Parking Zone, designated by the Town of Telluride. In order to have legal use of this permit you MUST text or email us the following: Name of Property, Driver's name, license plate number, and license plate state. We will enter this information into the Telluride Marshall's registry for your pass to be valid. Parking permits are required/enforced from 8 am to 6 pm. There's also a parking zone map in the online guidebook. Text 970-292-7082 or email us ASAP. We will do our best to complete this in a timely manner. If you do not provide this information and use street parking, you could receive a parking citation. Please observe parking signs to make sure you are parked in the right zone for this home. Parking citations will be charged to guest folio if the violation is due to non-compliance with posted parking guidelines.
