The open floor plan flows seamlessly into a chef’s dream kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dedicated beverage bar with a wine fridge. The King Suite, located off the main living room, promises a serene sanctuary with a smart TV, luxurious ensuite bath, and elegant soaking tub. Every detail of Wine Down at Eagles Nest caters to an unforgettable stay, from the loft's billiards haven with a pool table and foosball table to the basement's movie and game room with a rustic ping pong table. Outdoors, the double decks beckon with a stone fireplace, smart TV, daybed swing, and an eight-person hot tub, all surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Ample seating, a Weber gas grill, and a boulder fire pit enhance the outdoor experience, inviting relaxation and enjoyment in every season. Conveniently, an electric vehicle Level 2 charger is available, ensuring your car is as recharged as you are after your stay.

Wine Down is the perfect mountain getaway, it exceeded all of our expectations. Our favorite part was the breathtaking view and amazing sunsets. Inside, the property is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has luxury appliances. The outdoor seating was our family's favorite spot for playing games, watching movies and enjoying the mountain views. The house has a hot tub, pool table, ping pong table and foosball. The kids loved having so many game options! The neighborhood has a putt-putt course, rockwall, zipline, tennis/pickleball courts, baseball field, soccer field and so much more. Wine Down is an outstanding rental that offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. I cannot recommend it enough and look forward to returning in the future. Five stars, without a doubt!

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Restrictions
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
