Our cabin was perfect! I did have a few questions a time for two during our trip and the staff responded to my texts within minutes. And did I mention our cabin was perfect?? Beautiful view! Clean and well stocked inside. Beautifully decorated! And the beds were comfortable!!

Things you need to know
Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, stove /oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
Towels and bed linens provided.
Restrictions
- Tenants are responsible for the removal of snow and ice around the doorways and paths to house and car.
- The owner, employees and homeowners are not responsible for any injury caused by slipping on snow or ice
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Excessive noise is not permitted.
- Cabin must be left neat and in the same basic condition as upon arrival, dishes washed, and cooled ashes from fireplace/barbecue placed into ash buckets.
- Do not move hot ashes as fire may occur. Open fires are illegal and prohibited in the Big Bear Valley.
- Ordinance mandates that trash be disposed of at a designated disposal site.
- If guest locks keys in house after hours, guest is responsible for calling a locksmith. During regular office hours, additional keys may be picked up.
- Any filming and/or photography to be used for commercial use is prohibited unless all the proper authorizations and permits are obtained.
- Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person.
