Things you need to know

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Roof replacements for buildings one and two will begin the first or second week of January 2024. Work will commence on building two and then building one.
  • Stucco and concrete repairs will occur on all five buildings between mid-January and mid-February 2024. Throughout this project, grinding, scaffolding work, and lifts may be audible during working hours. Painting will also occur.
  • Sometime in January to February 2024, Dune Doctors will begin working on a dune renourishing project to remove invasive foliage and replant. This will be behind the east and west buildings, with work transpiring throughout the year.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
  • The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
  • The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
  • If the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
