The building sits directly above Seaside's Central Square, with beach access at Coleman Pavilion roughly 167 feet away — about a one-minute walk. No car needed; every shop, restaurant, and community amenity is on foot.
No private pool. Seaside's three community pools, five clay tennis courts, three pickleball courts (court fees apply for tennis and pickleball), and a fully equipped fitness center are all accessible with the stay.
The private rooftop patio is the standout space — furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs, wet bar with refrigerator and sink, and direct views of the Seaside Pavilion and Gulf. Separate from the shared courtyard on the same level.
Two complimentary rental bikes are included for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority, along with a welcome tote and two beach towels. Peacock Alley linens are provided throughout.
