Neighborhood: Shore Acres - Located on a quiet street in Anna Maria, Stonehenge is about a 4 minute walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. - The Sarasota/Bradenton Airport is 33 miles from the Island. Tampa International Airport is 53 miles from the Island. St Pete/Clearwater Airport is 44 miles from the Island.
Parking information
- Each vacation rental can accommodate the number of vehicles shown on the Property listing. Should a Guest have visitors, their Guests are subject to the same vehicle limitation at the Property. - Street parking is allowed in certain locations, subject to local ordinances, and should be considered daily parking for visitors only. - No boats, motor homes, trailers, commercial vehicles, etc., shall be permitted on the Property. Please refer to the Property description for what vehicles are allowed.

The rental, check in, check out process was a BREEZE!!! The accommodations were more than we had hoped for. So spacious, so clean, and perfectly situated. We walked to bean point each day to enjoy the beach (and that is the most beautiful and quiet beach might I add). The kids used the pool daily. We played games at the table and used the Kitchen night and day! We loved our stay, it was fabulous!

Things you need to know
All properties on Anna Maria Island have a beach cart, beach chairs, and umbrella for use during your stay.
Need a pack and play or high chair, etc.? These are available for a small additional fee and will be waiting in the home on your arrival.
Golf cart is offered to you at no additional cost. Property Management golf carts are high-quality street-legal legal that can accommodate six passengers. You need to be a U.S.-licensed driver, have auto insurance, and be over 21 years old to drive. There are no refunds if you cannot provide a driver’s license or a copy of your auto insurance policy. Should the golf cart become inoperable, Property Management will try and rectify the issue. Guests will receive a prorated refund if the golf cart is inoperable. Property Management golf carts are valued at $35 per day. Guest is responsible for any damage to the vehicle.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Property will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of the Property during your stay and for leaving the Property in good condition at check-out.
- A mid-stay clean and charge equal to the standard cleaning fee is required for all stays 15 nights or longer. Each Property has a cleaning fee associated with the size and amenities at the Property. The mid-stay cleaning fee is included in “Required Fees” when making your reservations.
- Please treat the Property with the care you would your own. Excessive cleaning required by the cleaning staff subsequent to check-out will result in a charge to the credit card on file.
- Please note that homes with elevators do not have living accommodations on the first floor. If you have members in your party who struggle with the use of stairs, we strongly recommend that you reserve a property on the ground floor. Property Management cannot be held accountable for any malfunctions of the elevator and does not offer compensation.
- Property Management cannot be held responsible for inclement weather or any Acts of God, and, refund of rental monies will not be given.
- All properties are considered Non-Smoking. This includes but not limited to all tobacco products, hookahs, vapes, cannabis, etc. Guests may smoke outside of the residences with the doors closed to reduce the risk of smoke within the residence. Balconies (both screened and unscreened) and garages are considered non-smoking areas. Please refer to Property descriptions, as some condo associations have a smoke-free policy for all parts of their Property. Guests will incur an additional charge of $500 for cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found on the Property. If tampering with smoke detectors is found, a charge of $150 will be incurred.
- The furnishings and decor provided have been properly placed to create a comfortable island vacation for you and your family. All items are accounted for and documented prior to your arrival and should be returned to their original location if moved during your stay to avoid any additional service charges of up to $250. Wear and tear as well as correctional spot clean is to be expected in a rental home.
- Each Property includes a stated limitation on the number of overnight Guests which the Property can accommodate. No exceptions will be made to this stated capacity. Should more individuals than allowed be found to be staying at the Property, then Guests will be asked to vacate the Property and no refund will be given.
- Property Management does not guarantee quiet use or enjoyment of rental properties due to noise from other persons, neighboring properties, construction, maintenance, etc. We cannot grant rate adjustments resulting from circumstances outside of the Property. There are local noise ordinances that do not allow music, vocal noise, or disturbances from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.
- Properties are located in residential neighborhoods with annual residents. Guest and Guests shall comply with all applicable laws and rules of homeowners or condominium associations and shall be good neighbors, respecting the rights of the surrounding neighbors, and shall not create noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their neighbors' Property. Please be sure to observe all rules and regulations of the local municipality in which you are located.
- All Guests, as well as owners, are required to conform to all rules and regulations of the properties. Please respect the rights and space of your neighbors and the neighborhood.
- Property Management is not responsible and will not issue a refund due to construction work occurring at the Property or near your rental. Property Management is not responsible for notifying Guest of pending construction near the Property. Construction and scheduling of construction is out of Property Management’s control. Construction noise is permitted 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Please call the Property Management about any construction noise outside of the permitted hours.
- Properties with heated pools and spas are heated to approximately 82 degrees. When the ambient temperature falls below 65 degrees for more than 5 hours, the pool heater may not function and may even switch off. On days when the weather is cool, the pool heaters may not be able to accommodate swimming. Temperature recovery times will vary due to the outdoor temperature.
- Pool heaters operate ONLY when the pool pump is running. Residential pool pumps do not run overnight, but typically run 6-8 hours per day during the hours of 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. Property Management is not responsible for the temperature of the pool due to weather and cannot provide compensation for any such events.
- Pool service is valued at $25 per day - refunds are prorated if the pool equipment malfunctions or is inoperable.
- Pools are exposed to direct sunlight; therefore, the temperature of the pool will be warmer than normal if the heat index is high. Property Management has no control over cooling the temperature of the pool.
- If the Property is equipped with a spa, these are not hot tubs, and the water temperature is not heated as it would be in a standalone hot tub. Special risks may be involved when using a pool, spa, deck, related equipment, and/or barbecue area (collectively, the “Facilities).
- Property Management has no control over condominium pools and spas. If the pool is inoperable, Property Management will try and rectify the issue with the property management at the condominium or the HOA; however, we do not provide refunds if the pool is unusable.
- Most properties are equipped with propane barbecue grills plus a spare propane tank. Guest is responsible for providing charcoal for any outdoor barbecues provided unless specified in the Property description. There are some Properties that do not permit barbecue grills. Please check with the property description when making your reservations.
- This property may provide bicycles (or trikes) for guests during your stay. While each bicycle is carefully inspected prior to your arrival, it is the responsibility of the guest to check the functionality of the bicycle before use. The guest acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with cycling, including but not limited to injury, accidents, or damage to the property.
- Property Management and the property owner assume no liability for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the bicycles. Safety is your own responsibility. By using the bicycles, guests acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for the bicycles while in their possession.
- In the event that a bicycle is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the guest will be charged the full replacement cost of the bicycle. The replacement fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
- During your stay, regular maintenance will be performed throughout the week, which may include landscaping, lawn care, pool cleaning, etc.
- Each Property is privately owned, and each Owner is responsible for choosing the TV service. Property Management is not responsible for the service or channels at the Property. Properties have high-speed internet. Property Management is not responsible for any service disruptions.
- Guests acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the safety of themselves and their party while using the bunk beds in the property. Property Management is not liable for any injuries resulting from horseplay, improper use, or accidents occurring while getting in or out of the bunk beds. All guests, especially children, should exercise caution and be aware of the risks associated with bunk bed use. Adults are responsible for supervising children at all times to ensure their safety.
