Neighborhood: Ainamalu - Nestled in the stunning Ainamalu community of Waikoloa Beach resort, means you are only minutes away to several other white sand beaches (and even a unique black sand beach), award-winning golf courses (Waikoloa, Mauna Lani and Mauna Kea Courses are all within 10 minutes), groceries, restaurants, theaters, and entertainment. - A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii, including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea Beach. The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa. - Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops, where you can find supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings. They include groceries, restaurants and retail stores. They are within walking or biking distance from most of our vacation homes. - The resorts were designed to avoid overcrowding the beaches with condo towers and other developments. The gated communities are all set back from the beaches a bit to make sure the beach experience is amazing. From many of the homes, you can walk to a beach in 15 minutes or bike ride. - The Kilauea volcano is 90 miles away behind two 13,000-foot mountains and has been very quiet for the last year. Even during the eruption event in 2018 it did not affect our side of the Island. The National Park is open and it is fascinating to explore, go for a hike or take an aerial tour. It is part of what makes the Big Island unique and should not be missed. - The Kona (KOA) airport is the closest to the resorts. It is a 25-35 min drive to the vacation rentals. It is an international airport with direct flights from LA, SF, San Diego, Sacramento, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Dallas, Phoenix, San Jose, Oakland, Anchorage, Vancouver and Tokyo. There are also direct flights to Oahu, Kauai, and Maui.

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was spotless, and the location couldn't have been better – peaceful yet close to all the attractions. The highlight for us was definitely the pool. It was a hit with the kids, who had an absolute blast swimming and playing all day. The house had everything we needed, and the overall experience was stress-free and relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to return someday

This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted the #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today. Normally, resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child, but when staying at this home, use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, a saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels, and parking validation for one vehicle. It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals. Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable, well-equipped vacation home.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to the pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
The home also includes 4 new motorized E-Bikes. This is in addition to adult hybrid bikes and children’s bikes. E-Bikes normally rent up to $80 per day but are FREE with this home (a $320 per day value).
The two twin XL beds in bedrooms #3 and 4 can be kept separate or combined as King.
Roll A Way co can be provided for an 11th guest (cot suitable only for a child).
Laundry detergent, oxyclean, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, jet dry, cling wrap, foil, zip lock bags, assortment of spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, popcorn, starter bag of pure Kona Mountain coffee (the good stuff), hand soap, Dove soap bar, high end Float shampoo, shower gel and conditioner, two extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and two paper towel rolls are provided. We have a clean fridge policy so upon check-in the fridge does not have any condiments.
Pack and play, high chair, bedrails, toilet training seat, step stool for little kids, baby monitors, swim belt/vest, kids kitchen items, full cribs, bike trailers, jogging strollers and other items are subject to availability.
