We are committed to making your stay with us as seamless and convenient as possible. Should you require same-day bookings, early arrivals, or late check-outs, we will consider and permit such requests whenever feasible. Please do not hesitate to inquire. We do our best to accommodate your needs, but there might be instances where adjacent bookings or unforeseen circumstances such as repairs or maintenance may not allow us to meet all requests.
Required $62.15/night resort fee paid at check-in (to the W hotel) provides the following amenities:
Beach Setup: 2 beach chairs & 1 umbrella (available from the beach concierge in front of the resort)
Beverage Credit: $35 credit at The Living Room Bar (valid from 5 PM to 9 PM)
Bicycle Rental: Complimentary two-hour rental
High-Speed WiFi: Connect to Whotels_Guest (no password required)
Pool Access:
Guests have access to the private, owners-only pool, an exclusive and tranquil retreat.
If you’d like to enjoy the W Resort’s main pool, day passes are available for $125 per person, per day, granting access to the full resort experience, including cabanas, poolside service, and oceanfront vibes.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The Property is to be used only for vacation purposes and can only be occupied by the number of people specified in the booking.
- Smoking is not permitted on any Property premises, either inside or outside. This Smoking restriction applies to all methods or materials, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cloves, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vapes or any other method or means of smoking or vaping. Violation of this rule will be subject to a $500 fee per occurrence.
- Guests are required to adhere to local noise regulations and respect neighbors. In particular, Guests must comply with any ‘quiet hour’ policies as posted on the Platform or contained in the booking or as may be communicated via Messaging. There shall be no parties allowed in the Property at any time and there shall be no more occupants in the Property than the listed occupancy in the booking, but in any case, no more than as specified by local ordinance. Guests are not to harass, interact with, or otherwise disrupt neighbors, either directly or indirectly. Violation of this rule will be subject to a $500 fee per occurrence.
- The Property will be cleaned before your arrival and should be returned in the same condition. Guests will be charged a cleaning fee, as posted on the Platform, which shall be prepaid.
- Basic utilities (water, gas, electricity) are included in the rental fee unless otherwise stated.
- The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the Property. The Host is also not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
