Livin’ Lodge at Eagles Nest is a luxurious five-bedroom, five-bath haven perched on the front side of the mountain in the exclusive Great Camp Reserve area. This mountain modern home boasts stunning views of Grandfather Mountain and is within walking distance of premier amenities such as the Great Camp Amphitheater, general store, hiking trails, and more. Designed for both relaxation and entertainment, this two-story retreat features over twelve hundred feet of outdoor deck space, a great room with a stone fireplace, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and multiple dining and lounging areas. The main level deck offers a serene outdoor living room with a fireplace and a built-in grill wall, perfect for gathering with family and friends while soaking in the breathtaking scenery. The lower level is a recreational paradise with a pool table, shuffleboard, multi-arcade, Peloton, and yoga mats. This floor also houses three bedrooms, including a second king suite, a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, and a bunk room. The expansive deck space includes a large hot tub and areas for relaxation and play, such as a fire pit, cornhole, horseshoes, and a fenced dog run. High-speed internet and ten TVs throughout the home ensure you stay connected and entertained, while the peaceful surroundings and luxurious amenities of Livin’ Lodge create the perfect escape for families and friends, including your furry companions.

Things you need to know
Firewood for the outdoor fireplace may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
Security Cameras are in place outside of the home. These do not point into the home or on decks.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
We do not provide hair dryers.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
