This home is EVERYTHING and more! Beautiful and high-end luxury! They have thought of all the small luxuries imaginable. Perfect location, private beach. We got married in front of this home on the beach and I (the bride), my family and close friends stayed in the home... it could not have been more perfect.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Two private pools. Separate pool can be heated for an additional per day between October 1 to May 1.
Linens and towels provided.
Complimentary beach setups include two chairs and one umbrella - Service provided March 1 to October 31.
Please note property has construction nearby.
Indoor fireplaces not for guest use.
Ten (10) beach towels are provided at the property for guest use. If more are needed, that is the guests responsibility to bring during their stay.

Restrictions
- Small Events Considered: Maximum of 75 daytime guests,$2,000 event fee, $5,000 refundable deposit. Please note that if prior approval is not obtained, fines will be incurred.
- Smoking is not permitted in the property. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $1,000, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Guests must lock windows and doors securely when not on the premises.
- Rearranging the furniture or removing any items from the property is prohibited.
- Guests shall not make any alterations, additions or improvements to the property, including, without limitation, installing any fixture, apparatus, equipment, paint, or device of any kind in or upon the interior or the exterior of the property, or cut or drill into the property.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No properties will be licensed to vacationing students or young adults under the age of 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or
- guardian at a ratio of four young adults to one adult over the age of 25.
- The maximum number of sleeping guests per accommodation is based on the individual accommodation's ability to comfortably and safely house our guests. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, you are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments made.
- Guests are responsible for the property, its contents, and themselves during occupancy.
- A housekeeping fee will be added to all reservations, regardless of the number of nights booked. The fee varies depending on the size of the property and is applied to cleaning, laundry and start-up amenity costs.
- Because of the risk of firearms being left behind, which poses an unacceptable risk for employees, vendors, and future guests, prohibits persons from carrying or otherwise possessing firearms, ammunition, or weapons at any property, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all firearms, including airsoft and BB guns. Guests who fail to abide by this policy are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all payments made.
