We celebrated our son’s wedding at Maison de la Mer. The location and accommodation were beyond our expectations, and walking distance to the beach. The house is absolutely stunning inside and out. The large pool and a cabana to relax. We had a wonderful time with family and Friends .The rooms and bathrooms were perfect sizes having a a fridge on each floor made easy to accommodate each level with beverages. The house was nice and clean. Can’t wait to return to make more memories. Thank you for sharing this wonderful house.cant wait to return

Things you need to know
Private resort-style pool and spa (50ft by 29ft)(Pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day between Oct 1 - May 1).
6 seater golf cart and 6 adult bicycles are included.
There is a full pool bath adjacent to pool, so guests do not need to track to the house to use bath room.
Linens and towels are provided.
A complimentary starter supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and toiletries is provided. Additional supplies are the renter’s responsibility.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued photo ID matching the reservation name before check-in.
- Guest counts may not exceed the property’s maximum sleeping capacity. Unregistered overnight guests are prohibited.
- The primary renter must be present for the entire stay and is financially responsible for missing items, stained linens, broken furniture, and other property damage.
- Reservations are non-transferable, and subleasing is prohibited.
- Violations of maximum occupancy limits or HOA rules may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
Events & Noise
- Noise ordinances and neighborhood rules must be observed.
Prohibited Activities
- Animals are prohibited unless specifically authorized as part of a pet-friendly reservation and the applicable pet fee has been paid.
- Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are prohibited inside the home, on balconies, and on porches.
Equipment & Amenities
- Management and authorized vendors may access the interior or exterior of the property for urgent repairs or scheduled pool and lawn maintenance.
