KEY Curation Notes

This single-level freestanding home is one of the few private residences in the Villages, finished in mahogany with high-end furnishings and a private yard. The layout flows from kitchen to great room to covered lanai without stairs.

All three bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms and king beds; a foldaway sleeper accommodates a seventh guest. No shared bathrooms between sleeping areas.

The gourmet kitchen features Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf oven, and island seating for five; the great room has vaulted mahogany ceilings and a large sectional. The covered lanai holds an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and dining table for six.

Mauna Lani Private Beach Club access brings a staffed beach with calm snorkeling and the Napua Restaurant. The Villages Recreation Center offers a second pool, spa, and fitness center.

Beach gear (snorkel sets, boogie boards, umbrellas, coolers), bikes with helmets, in-home laundry, spices and Kona coffee, high chair, pack n play, monitors, and bed rails are supplied. The Shops at Mauna Lani with market, restaurants, and coffee are a short walk away.

I went there with my wife and two other couples and we thought this place was amazing. it was beautiful. we love the rooms. we love the dual sliding doors. it was amazing. it was also really close to a foodland store and some other shops so that was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who was considering staying in Hawaii.
