Parking information
- Free private on-site parking is available directly at the home with an accessible driveway and a large vehicle turnaround area. - Guests have access to the two-bay garage, which features a Level 2 Emporia universal EV car charger.
Getting to the property
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.

This property is amazing. A bit of a drive up the mountain but the views are well worth it! Very close to ski areas, grandfather mountain, and many other things to do in the area. The house was beautiful and clean. The property contact was very quick to respond to any requests we had, communicated to us throughout our stay, and made check in and out very easy. Five star home and service!

Please note that this home is equipped with many valuable and breakable items. The home is not child-proofed.
Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Guest do not have use of the Green Egg Grill at the property.
We request guests do not use the large doors in the living room. To go in and out of the home onto the back porch, please use door next to kitchen.
This home has exterior security cameras. There are two cameras up front by the entrances of each door. One is above the garage and the other is above the deck pointed toward the mountains.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Guests & Occupancy
- Age Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Maximum Occupancy: The total number of guests may not exceed the property’s stated maximum occupancy at any time.
- Guest Accountability: Guests are financially responsible for property damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning caused during the stay.
- Approved Use: Subleasing or transferring the rental agreement to another party is prohibited.
Events & Noise
- Events: Commercial filming, photography, large organized events, and parties are prohibited without express written consent.
- Quiet Hours: Outdoor quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are permitted only at designated pet-friendly properties when the reservation explicitly includes the applicable pet fee; otherwise, pets are prohibited.
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarette use are prohibited inside the home and on outdoor decks.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are prohibited.
- Fire Features: Outdoor fire pits and fireplaces (if equipped) must be continuously monitored while in use and fully extinguished afterward.
