We really enjoyed our stay and always love Breckenridge. The living space is a little tight, but the kitchen is high-end and very functional. Having a garage is also a big plus. We would definitely return.

Things you need to know
This property comes with fully stocked paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, napkins), soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap), and detergents (laundry and dishwasher) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The accommodation comfortably accommodates either four adults or a maximum of six guests, including children.
- Availability of firepits and/or fireplaces may be limited and usage is at your own risk. Guests must follow all safety guidelines and precautions as well as adhere to all local fire restrictions and bans. Unauthorized fires are never allowed in Summit County. This includes campfires and portable fire pits. If an unauthorized fire is reported or evidence of one is found, the guest is subject to a $500 fine and possible eviction. Only permanent fire pits that have been inspected and permitted by the fire department are allowed. Note that even permitted fire pits are not allowed during times of high fire danger, fire restrictions, or fire advisories.
- Driveway snowplowing is a contracted service that removes snow from the driveway when we receive more than four inches of fresh snow. Snowplow contracts state they have 24 hours to plow the driveway from the time the snowfall ends. Vehicles parked in the driveway may prevent the snowplow from servicing the area. Roadway snowplowing is provided by the local municipality and is outside of our control. We cannot be held liable for any expenses or losses incurred due to driveway and/or road conditions.
- Open to hosting large family dinners and such but ONLY if the amount of people (including the staff) is within the maximum occupancy that is listed on the home details info. So 25 people max home would allow a family dinner for 25 people including the chef/staff. They have 0 options for more than 30 people.
- There is a $1,000 fine if the furniture is found to have been moved.
