The thoughtfully designed front deck ensures a pet-friendly environment, while the interior features two king-sized bedrooms with private baths, a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, a cozy sofa bed, and recliners for ultimate relaxation. The gourmet kitchen boasts a large island, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a K-Duo Plus coffee maker, perfectly equipped for culinary delights. Perched between the Great Camp and North Pavilion areas, Green Valley II offers prime access to Eagles Nest’s premier amenities. Summer invites guests to explore the scenic hiking trails right from the doorstep, either on foot or by ATV. The community offers a myriad of activities including concerts at the Great Camp amphitheater, a ropes course, mini-golf, sports courts, and a dog park. Enjoy the seasonal delights at the Sportsman’s Grille and relax by the fire pit at the North Pavilion. What phenomenal views of the mountains! Extremely clean cabin with kings in each bedroom making for a very comfy stay. The kitchen has ample cookware with everything very nicely labelled and organized. The deck is wonderful including a small gas firepit for post-ski hot chocolate. Easy to access and appreciate the multiple gates to/from Eagles Nest. The playground and courts nearby are a great plus, which our kids enjoyed and used to make friends. We will certainly be back to watch the sun slowly fade over the mountain.

Things you need to know
The home offers a generator in case of loss of power.
Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year..
- The person in whose name the property is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, and restrictions.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time. Evidence of unauthorized excessive number of guests will result in an immediate charge of $25.00 per person per day to the credit card on file and possibly eviction.
- Please immediately report any equipment problems.
- Authorization to rent a property for a purpose other than for a family vacation must be obtained in writing prior to finalizing the reservation.
- Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in an immediate $300 smoke removal home restoration fee billed to Tenant's card.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- The home is monitored by security cameras outside on the corners of the house, one camera is aimed at the parking and front entrance and the other camera is aimed at the generator and heat pump. No cameras monitor the interior or common gathering areas.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
