Parking information

- Please use the parking garage available; no street parking in the neighborhood. - 3 garage parking spots and 2-3 driveway parking spots. No street parking - Our vacation rental properties may not be accessible to all types of vehicles. Guests are responsible for ensuring their mode of transportation can safely access the property. The rental company is not responsible if a guest's vehicle is unable to reach the home due to the property's terrain, driveway, or other access limitations. Guests should review all property details and communicate any concerns about vehicle access prior to booking.

Getting to the property

The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Gold Camp bus stop on the Black Express Route only a 3 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Things you need to know

Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patios, and the private hot tub.

There is a Ring doorbell at the front door as well as a camera facing the garage for security purposes.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

Only registered guests may stay; exceeding occupancy results in eviction without refund (infants under 2 excluded). Additional per-guest fees may apply if group size increases after booking.
Guest is responsible for themselves, their party, and any visitors at all times. Children must be supervised, and an adult must be present when minors (under 16) use the property or amenities (if equipped).
Unregistered individuals are not permitted to stay and remain the sole responsibility of the booking guest.
No subletting or assignment of the rental is permitted.

Events & Noise

Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
Rowdy or disruptive conduct is not permitted; guests must behave responsibly and avoid causing damage.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $500 fee applies if violated.
Pets: Not allowed; $500 fee and eviction if violated.
Emotional Support Animals: Require prior approval; unauthorized ESAs incur a $500 fee and eviction.

Equipment & Amenities

Appliances & Systems: Use all appliances and systems only for their intended purpose; guest is responsible for proper use and any resulting damage.
Septic System: Only toilet paper may be flushed. Improper use (e.g., feminine products) resulting in damage will be charged.
Linens & Towels: Must remain at the property unless used for shared amenities (if applicable); must be returned after use.
Parking: Lost parking passes/permits may incur fees up to $400 per pass/permit.

Checkout & Care

Guests must keep the property, furnishings, and contents in good condition throughout the stay.
No daily housekeeping service is provided.
