Multiple inviting gathering spaces offer plenty of room for the group to relax, with cozy fireplaces and comfortable areas for conversation and downtime. The lower level adds a game room with a pool table, big-screen entertainment, and a dedicated movie room.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and generous prep space for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners. An additional refrigerator on the lower level provides extra storage for groceries and drinks.
Sweeping Blue Ridge Mountain views surround a hot tub, fire pit, large yard, and peaceful spring-fed lily pond. A screened-in porch and nearby community hiking trails with creeks and waterfalls make it easy to enjoy the mountain setting.

Guests & Occupancy
- Age Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
- Maximum Occupancy: Overnight occupancy may not exceed the property's stated bedding capacity; exceeding the limit violates local fire codes and the rental agreement.
- Approved Use: Commercial photography, filming, and corporate retreats require explicit written pre-approval from Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals.
- Subletting: Subleasing or assigning the rental agreement to another party is prohibited.
Events & Noise
- Events: Weddings, large family reunions, and parties exceeding the registered guest count are prohibited.
- Quiet Hours: Local noise ordinances are in effect daily from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
