This quiet neighborhood at the end of the road is a favorite for surfers and anyone seeking relaxation. - There’s a supermarket and a restaurant across the street from this property. - Tamarindo is about a mile down a newly paved road! You’ll also find solid surf breaks in Langosta, and gentler waves in Tamarindo. - Hours of fun shopping and exploring in Tamarindo, Nightlife, Tours, and activities that will keep the fun coming your way. - 5-minute walk to the beach - 140 yards (130mts) to the beach - 0.9 miles (1.6km) to downtown Tamarindo - A short 15-minute drive from the Tamarindo Airport - 1h drive from the Liberia International Airport

Exceptional is the word that best describes Soul House. It's as lovely as pictured and the layout worked well for our multigenerational family of six. The house is thoughtfully designed, tastefully furnished and beautifully landscaped. The concierge, Diego, was most helpful! He arranged airport transportation, golf cart rentals and several excursions. With his input, we successfully balanced those excursions with time to enjoy the house and pool. Diego promptly responded to questions and kept us informed when there was a brief power outage in the area. Our housekeeper, Ana, prepared wonderful breakfasts and unobtrusively kept the house neat and tidy which made for a true vacation. Playa Langosta was a short walk from the house and its Beach Club was nice for drinks at sunset. We enjoyed meals at Cala Luna, Fish and Cheeses and the pizza place around the corner. Having two golf carts gave us flexibility and were all we needed during our stay. We highly recommend Soul House!

No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Beach towels, bathroom essentials, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided.
There is an endless list of things to do for eco-adventure lovers. We can schedule any of the following activities for you: In the ocean: Surf lessons, Catamaran, Yacht tour, Sportfishing, Scuba diving and Turtle watching. In the jungle: Mountain bike tours, ATV tour, Ziplining, Jungle boat ride, Volcano tours, White water rafting, Horseback riding and E-bike rentals.
The house has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.
Holidays are exciting, but please check your dates carefully. When booking a holiday reservation, select one of the following dates. For different dates, contact a reservation agent to explore options.

Restrictions
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
- Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
