Words cannot express how absolutely beautiful this home is! The view is spectacular! Just being able to sit outside and hear and see the waves was amazing! The coffee machine was such a huge hit! And night time hot tub dips were the best. 12 of us had plenty of room during our week stay for a wedding at Hacienda Pinilla. The staff was wonderful and we appreciated every breakfast and how spotless the home was each day. So thankful for Elsa for her assistance at any time! We rented golf carts to get around the property which was great! Loved visiting other beaches such as Langosta and the Beach Club. However we found the best snorkeling right at our own beach! Highly recommend Casa Costa Blanca! Can’t wait to return someday!

Construction nearby: We want to be transparent with our guests—there is ongoing construction next door. While occasional noise may occur, we've reduced our rates significantly to compensate. During Christmas and New Year, there will be no construction, ensuring a peaceful stay at a great price. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. We look forward to hosting you!

Daily cleaning and laundry
We offer 100 Mbps of internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered. The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.

The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking essentials.
Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
_The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary), but we give you access to Langosta Beach Club for a $10 entrance day pass (regularly $20). Enjoy the restaurant, bar, a beachfront pool, and kayak rentals, just 20 minutes from Pinilla._

Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Must meet the minimum age requirement stated in the rental agreement (if applicable).
- The home accommodates a standard number of guests. Additional guests may be permitted for an extra fee (contact reservations for details).
- Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or violations of house rules. Costs will be deducted from the security deposit or charged accordingly.
- Only guests registered in the original booking are permitted on the premises. Outside visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved.
Events & Noise
- Raucous parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
- Excessive noise and loud music are prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved before booking. Pet-friendly homes may be available upon request. Approved pets are subject to an additional fee.
- Smoking/Vaping: Strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside the home (including odors or burns) will result in a $500 damage assessment fee.
Equipment & Amenities
- HVAC Settings: Use air conditioning responsibly. Turn off AC units and lights when not in use to conserve energy.

- Check-in: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.
