- Conveniently located 10-12 minutes from the airport, and a short drive to Seven Mile Beach, Georgetown, as well as plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and local attractions. A hospital is nearby as well in case of emergencies. - While Grand Cayman is only 22 miles wide some guests prefer to be closer to Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach for day trips. This Villa is only 5-10 minutes from George Town and the beaches on the west coast of the island. - 4.7 miles (13 min drive) from Owen Roberts Airport (GCM)

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Mora. The house accommodated all 16 of us easily with plenty of space to not feel crowded. All of our needs were met - kayaks, life vests, snorkel gear - were immediately available. The house is well stocked and any needs that we had were responded to immediately by the wonderful manager, Penni. We would definitely recommend Villa Mora especially for large groups!

Things you need to know
The main villa can be rented alone for up to 16 guests, 10 adults max, with an option to include the guest cottage to sleep a total of 20 guests, 14 adults max. The rent will have an additional charge/night plus taxes and fees. Even if you rent just the main villa, the outdoor kitchen is yours to use. The cottage is never rented out to unrelated guests during your stay.
Daily maid service is optional and can be arranged for guests in addition to a private chef, massage therapist, personal trainer, or yoga instructor.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Maximum occupancy is 20. It cannot host more than 14 adults.
- The villa enjoys a sandy beach area, however, guests need to be mindful that this is a marine area with a coral reef and wading in the water will require hard-soled pool shoes or fins.
- This is not the perfect barefoot beach for swimming. It is a marine environment and is protected. One can walk either way on the beach and barely see a soul. This is a residential neighborhood and not a tourist area.
- All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark.
- The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
- Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
- Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
- Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.
