Restrictions
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
- With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise after 10 pm. or before 8 am.
- We ask that the occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights.
