- It is only a five-minute drive from the famous Rum Point Beach (restaurants, beach bar, watersports) as well as the Kaibo Marina (restaurants, beach bar, coffee shop, and marina). - Cayman Ferries run from the Kaibo to Camana Bay daily, providing access to the seven-Mile Beach area. The guests have access to a private fitness facility, less than 15 minutes away.

This house has it all! A sandy beach with good snorkeling within swimming distance, a wonderful pool to enjoy, luxury accommodations with comfortable, well appointed rooms, plenty of towels to go around and the best kitchen we have every had with plenty of everything, including coffee maker, Keurig, and a great blender. Not to mention the piano, a wonderful touch for the musician of the family and a couch to fit everyone. Don\'t miss out on this one, and we speak from experience as this is the 5th house we have rented in the Rum Point area.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark.
The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.
