Our family had an absolutely incredible week at Slopeside Retreat! The home was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. The kind of place where you immediately feel at home and never want to leave! Family game night and all the cooking supplies you will ever need including our first experience with an air fryer. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our summer stay. What truly elevated the experience was the exceptional property management team. They were wonderfully responsive, genuinely attentive, and shared fantastic local recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Big Sky - fly fishing, views from the top of Lone Mtn, hikes to Ousel Falls, and the best huckleberry ice cream in town! Guests & Occupancy

Age Requirements: The primary renter must meet the minimum age requirement specified at the time of booking to reserve and check in. A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon arrival to verify identity and age.
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests permitted on the property is restricted to the limit stated in the booking confirmation. Exceeding this limit without prior written approval constitutes a breach of contract and may result in immediate termination of the agreement, eviction, or additional per-guest fees.
Approved Use: Residential use only. Commercial activities are prohibited.

Events & Noise

Events: Large unapproved gatherings and unauthorized parties are prohibited.

Prohibited Activities

Pets are only permitted if explicitly authorized in writing during the booking process or as stated in the specific property guidelines.
Unauthorized Pets: Bringing unauthorized pets onto the premises is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of the rental agreement.
Smoking: Prohibited inside the home in any form. A $150 ionization fee is charged automatically if smoking is detected.
Illegal Activities: Prohibited. Guests must comply with all local laws and community insurance guidelines.
