Things you need to know

The home is fully furnished, and includes ready-made beds, one set of bath towels per guest, and beach towel per guest.

Our starter kit amenities includes a dish sponge and soap, dishwasher tabs or soap, hand soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergents, two paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, travel-sized toiletries, and gas or propane for the BBQ grill.

Kitchen is equipped with blender, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, freezer, oven, pots and pans, stove, refrigerator, ice maker, wine glasses, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee, BBQ utensils, and baking sheet.

There is a casita in the home's backyard. This casita is rented out separately with access through the backyard.

Restrictions

The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.
Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
Furnishings and amenities are subject to change. No refunds are given for any reason unless the home is uninhabitable. Guest ages and plans for use of the home must be approved, and reservations may be declined or canceled at management’s discretion.
All occupant ages and proposed use of the property must be disclosed prior to booking.
Guest shall place all food scraps in the garbage and not sinks. All waste generated during the rental period must be disposed of in a lawful manner in trash bags and in the receptacles provided.
The home is equipped with a minimum of one (1) fire extinguisher. It is the duty of the Guest to locate fire extinguisher, notify all other occupants of the location, and inform management immediately should the fire extinguisher be missing, or be less or become less than fully charged.
The home has smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector installed and they are believed to function properly at the time of rental. Guest will notify management without delay if detectors are missing, uninstalled, "chirps" or have a low battery condition.
Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78 and that the fan setting shall be "Auto". Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
