Perched in the west hills, at the southern part of the City of Paso Robles, this 3000 square-foot Hilltop Ranch, with endless views to the east, north, and south, feels like it’s miles away, yet is only three minutes from downtown. Located behind a gate, there is plenty of parking and privacy. It has quick and easy access to downtown Paso Robles, Route 101, Route 46 East, Paso Airport, PR Event Center, Vina Robles Amphitheatre, and over 200 wineries in the Paso Robles AVA. This custom-built, Spanish ranch is roomy and comfortable. It’s the perfect getaway for three couples, a wine weekend, a birthday party, or a family reunion. A French door off the family room leads to the patio area which contains a teak table and seating for eight. The patio is covered and protected from the sun and wind. The views to the north, east and south are endless. Out the French doors off the kitchen is an outdoor kitchen area complete with a large gas BBQ, small fridge and a shade-creating trellis covered with wisteria. Rose bushes around the BBQ area fill the air with a sweet bouquet of fragrance. The pièce de resistance is the large stone rimmed hot tub. Seating for eight or more, sit, soak and sip while enjoying the gorgeous vista.

What an incredible stay! Centrally located to every winery we wanted to go to, and just five minutes from shopping and groceries. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The house is huge! Perfect place to gather with family or a group of friends. The kitchen was stocked with every kind of cooking item we needed. The beds were plush and comfortable. And the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Ideal for relaxing after a day of wine-tasting. We absolutely loved our stay!

Things you need to know
Personal amenities include soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels, and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas (upper and lower areas). The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: coffee, tea, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices.
