KEY Curation Notes

Ski-in/ski-out convenience at the base. Walk from the garage to the Bear-Back Poma Lift in minutes; Big Sky Resort’s Mountain Village amenities are steps away without needing to drive.

Five bedrooms across three levels provide genuine separation for your group. Main level primary and four guest bedrooms all have private or semi-private bathrooms (five total), including two en suites with steam showers and a dedicated bunk room bath.

The kitchen is built for group cooking. Modern stainless appliances, bar seating, and a dining table for eight encourage shared meals, and the well-stocked basics mean you can start cooking immediately upon arrival.

Multiple gathering areas let your group spread out or come together. A wood-burning fireplace, loft sitting area, and private outdoor hot tub with mountain views offer flexibility for different group moods and activities.

Summer days stay cool with mountain ventilation and elevation. Linens, towels, and basic kitchen and bath supplies are stocked to start, and grocery delivery to the property can fill gaps if needed for your group’s stay.

Ski-In, Ski-Out Located just steps from Big Sky Resort. In the winter, you are right at the base of Lone Peak. For ski access, go left out of the garage and the Bear-Back Poma Lift is just right down the road. For lunch, mid-ski day, grab burgers and brews at Montana Jack. Dinner is just a short walk to The Cabin Bar and Grill for a savory steak dinner.

All around fantastic experience. Perfect size for our 2-family group of 8. This property was nearly perfect. The book put together by owners was comprehensive, well thought out and helpful. The property was well maintained and clean. It was nice to have many of the basics already there-garbage bags, zip locks, coffee/sweeteners, pots, pans kitchen utensils and appliances, etc. Very responsive customer service.

The Bear Back Poma Lift closes on April 16th.

Summer guests are encouraged to participate in good ole' Montana A/C, which opens windows at night and closes them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are also not present at home.

Most cell phones get good reception, but please check with your service provider to determine coverage.

SKI ACCESS – We cannot guarantee the snow conditions at the time of your rental and are in no way liable for snow conditions that contribute to limited or restricted ski access.

A professional company drains and refills water sanitizes filters, and replenishes chemicals in all tubs prior to each guest's arrival. Therefore, the water may not be warm until later on the first evening of your stay.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Guest and/or Guest invitees will not make any alterations in or to the Property, including without limitation moving furniture, paintings, or kitchenware, or rewiring or moving electronics (TVs, stereos, etc.). Guest and/or Guest invitees will not use fastening devices, nails, or adhesive materials on walls or furniture. All media devices, TVs, Stereo, Gaming systems, etc. are checked and must be left by the Guest in working order. You will be charged if you unplug or reconfigure devices and we need to troubleshoot or restore the system to working order for the next guest.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any cars parked otherwise are subject to towing; any applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Guest and/or Guest invitees will behave in a civilized manner and will be good neighbors, respecting the rights of surrounding property owners and guests. Guest and/or Guest invitees will not disturb, annoy, endanger, and/or interfere with surrounding property owners and guests. If excessive noise or disturbances occurs resulting in notification by police or neighbors, all Guest and/or Guest invitees may be asked to vacate the Property and will forfeit the reservation and all rental fees paid.
No children under the age of 12 are permitted in hot tubs without an adult present at all times.
If the hot tub becomes excessively dirty and requires additional service during your stay, you will be charged $50 against the credit card on file or this money will be taken out of your deposit.
Please use the chemicals as instructed! Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND OR PUT WEIGHT ON THE HOT TUB COVERS, as they will break and you will be charged for a replacement cover. Please remember to cover the hot tub when not in use to maintain temperature. If at any time the hot tub looks cloudy or dirty or has an unpleasant odor, the Guest will cease further use of the hot tub.
