The home pays grand homage to its high-end surroundings, with convenient access to the slopes via the Dial-A-Ride Village Connect shuttle or a 5-minute walk. Depending on seasonal snow coverage, advanced riders can even enjoy the luxury of skiing directly home at the end of the day.

We had a party of 10 people staying at this property. We loved everything about it. Some highlights were the hot tub and perfectly stocked kitchen. Everyone had room to spread out if needed as there were 3 nice sitting areas. We did use this as a ski-in/ski-out, although you had to walk up a hill just a bit to get over to lift 15. The ride back in was much easier and only a slight uphill when you get off Leave The Beav run. The shuttle service was very nice also using the Village Connect app. We would definitely stay here again!

The gourmet kitchen features generous counter space, stainless steel appliances, a restaurant-quality range, double-stacked ovens, and a breakfast bar with seating for six.
The expansive outdoor deck features comfortable seating, an al fresco dining area, a fire pit, and a private hot tub, creating the perfect setting for mountain relaxation and entertaining.
This home has six levels with 5-6 stairs between each level and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
The first level guest bedroom can be arranged as either a king bed or 2 twins beds. Please let the reservations team know how you would like these arranged at the time of booking.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Age Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 31 years old. Minors under 18 may not hold an account or book.
- Maximum Occupancy: 14 overnight guests maximum, per local ordinance. Guests who violate occupancy rules and cause the property’s short-term rental license to be suspended or revoked are liable for alternative housing costs for displaced future travelers.
- Approved Use: Residential vacation use only. Commercial activity, sub-leasing, and film shoots are prohibited without written permission.
Events & Noise
- Events: Parties, large gatherings, commercial events, and other unauthorized events are prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Allowed only in homes designated dog-friendly, with prior InvitedHome approval, a separate pet fee, and compliance with pet cleaning rules.
- Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited inside the home and in restricted common areas, including e-cigarettes.
- Package Shipping: Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office is available on request for $25 per package or $50 per larger item.

- Parking: 4 vehicles maximum on-site.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Damage Deposit: $4,200 credit card preauthorization required at check-in.
- Payment Terms: 50% deposit due at booking, with the balance due 110 days before arrival. Funds are held by InvitedHome until shortly after check-in. Missed payments may result in cancellation, with refunds issued per the property’s cancellation policy.
- Right to Cancel: InvitedHome may cancel any booking with a full refund before arrival if a guest or invitee is not considered a fit for the property.
