Including a covered hot tub outside so you can still enjoy a hot soak on a snowy night. Walk up the steps inside to find a high ceiling, open-concept kitchen, and living room. Enjoy a cup of coffee from the deck just steps from the kitchen, or stay warm inside and watch the snow fall through the floor-to-ceiling windows. There's enough seating for everyone to cozy up around the kitchen table, or settle in for a movie night. On the main floor is a Queen bedroom with private deck access. Down the staircase you'll find the King master with a twin sleeper sofa for any extra guests. This room features a large private deck, with a full outdoor seating area for those looking to enjoy some private space outdoors. There's also a large-screen TV and beautiful exposed beams. Down the hall from the master king is a bunk room fit for all the little ones in the family. The best part is, it's only steps away from the game room. Complete with two TVs, seating, a secondary fridge, a pool table, a foosball table, and a mini-golf putter game, you'll have a hard time getting guests out of there. This home is located conveniently in the heart of all the action, but if you find yourself wanting to stay in for the day, you'll have no shortage of fun activities to keep you entertained. This home is also only steps away from the Beech Mountain clubhouse, this home comes with the ability to request Beech Mountain Club membership privileges (Beech Mountain Club access fees currently only allow a transfer of membership. Please inquire before booking, if wanting to use the club). The club has a gorgeous private 18-hole, ridge-top golf course featuring spectacular views of mountain ranges in North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. Ten clay tennis courts, an outdoor heated swimming pool, pickleball, and a wonderful fitness facility. These activities are seasonal. The Club's expansive recreation program covers everything from art classes to mountain hikes and provides wonderful dining options with unbelievable mountain views. From mid-June until August, you'll find age-specific day camps and in the colder months, there's a winter clubhouse and private ski lodge.

Loved the location of this house! You're right on the golf course, five minutes from Beech Mountain resort and an easy drive to so many restaurants! During these summer months the house provided a treehouse feel, which we loved while still conveying the mountain vacation vibes. The hot tub is tucked away in the woods which was very relaxing! Can't wait to go back!

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

There is one exterior camera on the property, mounted above the garage overlooking the driveway/parking area.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests will not exceed the stated occupancy limits in the reservation without prior approval. No unauthorized Guest and/or visitor may stay overnight. In the event that you exceed the maximum occupancy number of the Property, you will be liable and pay a penalty fee of $500 per person for every person over occupancy.
- Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission.
- Guests are only granted access to the premises within property lines. Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any fines and penalties resulting from trespassing.
- Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
- To prevent any damage to the HVAC system, the A/C thermostat may not be lowered below 72 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay at the Property.
- All trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins. If not possible to place the trash in the bins, please place the trash bags alongside the inside garage wall. Trash is picked up once a week, if the bins are full please let our Customer Support team know.
- Guests may not receive mail or packages at the Property. We do not have access to the mailboxes at many of our Properties and cannot retrieve mail for you or your guests. We are not liable for items shipped to the Property that are lost, stolen or otherwise not received.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
