The master bedroom offers a king bed and TV, while the second bedroom features a queen bed, making it an ideal setup for couples or families. Additional conveniences include a half bath in the common area and a washer and dryer. For those who love fishing, exclusive access to the pristine headwaters of the Elk River provides an exceptional catch-and-release experience for trophy trout. Me and my friends really enjoyed this place. We also really enjoyed the winery and music that played on Saturday. Beautiful flowers and landscaping with fire pit outside the winery. We will be back.

Things you need to know
Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsmans Lodge. That is for member use only.
The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
