The home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. Isabelle,” the house mom”, was warm friendly and very helpful with everything. She took good care of all of us and maintained the cleanliness of the house to a very high standard. Bravo Isabelle! I highly recommend this rental along with the amenities at the Beach Club. Especially now that the construction next door is nearly finished.

Restrictions
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home accommodates a standard number of guests, with the option for additional occupancy at an extra fee. For further details, please contact our reservations team.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
- Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
