KEY Curation Notes

Same gated Solana Beach & Tennis Club setting as its sister units, with a heated pool, two spas, four tennis courts, and a clubhouse with ping pong and billiards for guests who bring their own gear.

This one doesn't carry an ocean view. It's set back from the water within the resort, with a private balcony for ocean breeze rather than a sightline, which keeps it priced more modestly than view units in the same complex.

Entertainment runs on streaming rather than traditional cable. Three TVs are on hand, but guests will want their own streaming account logins to use them.

Vaulted ceilings and hickory hardwood floors give the lower level an open, airy feel, with both bedrooms upstairs and the primary offering generous closet space.

No air conditioning here, so plan around it. Ocean breeze does the cooling, and private beach stair access sits just south of the complex.

This rental was great. The check-in process was easy and everything was communicated very well. We enjoyed the location since it is an easy walk to the beach and very close to just about everything else you may need (grocery, highway, restaurants, etc.). I have no negatives to report about the stay, and will stay here again in the event my family and I stay in Solana Beach next time we visit San Diego!Cheers!
