- Garage Dimensions- 17' L x 16' W x 7' H \* May be suitable for 2 compact or 1 full size SUV - If your vehicle is not able to fit in the designated parking space, it is the Guest’s sole responsibility to find alternative parking. - Vehicles will get ticketed and/or towed for violating San Diego’s and/or the HOA’s parking rules and regulations. Any costs or damages resulting from such parking violations shall be the Guest’s sole responsibility.

Flight Path Note: The San Diego Airport flight path passes nearby; occasional airplane noise may be heard, but no flights between 11:30 pm and 6:30 am.
Exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices are in place for your security.
Complimentary beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, and beach toys for your use.
Complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent are provided. Guest is responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Maximum Occupancy: No guests beyond the limit stated in the Rental Agreement; $250 per person, per night for each unapproved guest.
- Guest Accountability: Guests are responsible for complying with all house rules. Violations (including excessive noise, over-occupancy, parties, pets, or smoking) may result in immediate eviction without refund and forfeiture of all payments.
- Approved Use: Property is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules; residential use only.
- Cleaning Fee: Mandatory, nonnegotiable, and nonrefundable.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Bringing a pet to a non-pet-friendly property results in a $1,000 fee plus any additional cleaning costs determined by Management; immediate removal from the property and forfeiture of all payments.
- Smoking/Vaping: Guests are responsible for all damages and related costs caused by smoking, including stains, burns, odors, debris removal, and third-party complaints.
- Illegal Substances: Strictly prohibited, including minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
Equipment & Amenities
- HVAC (if equipped): A/C may not be set below 72°F; heat may not be set above 80°F; fan must remain on “Auto.” Doors and windows must remain closed while HVAC is operating. No refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC systems.

- Noise Disclaimer: Third-floor penthouse unit in a 3-unit complex; downstairs noise may occasionally be heard.
