Ask the local staff about the use of Hotel Tamarindo Diriá facilities. It is recommended to drive, as the street is very steep.
La Vista condominium complex is a brand new development and is in its second phase of construction. There may be some areas of the property that are not finished or under construction. This can cause some noise.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
If the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
